fyers-apiv2 2.0.4 needs cleaning

fyers ws.py need resubscribe() function . in order to activate the symbols (that are unsubscribed)  again for symbolData. And passing symbols not in websocket init app thats not a good practice. move symbol param to subscribe function. @api_team
