Worst support system

I have raised a ticket regarding your worst support system. 

On 30th September 2021 I have placed a withdrawal request of Rs. 3000, which suppose to credit to my Kotak Mahindra Bank Account which I have submitted for the KYC. But unfortunately in Withdrawal History it, that amount has been credited to Yes bank which is not mine. and also I have raised a ticket in past for this glitch but still, there is no update regarding this. In addition, I have requested to withdraw my fund to my Kotak Mahindra Account bearing Account no. 3713589534 but still, the amount was credited to Yes bank. 

I have attached photos of all transactions and withdrawals.

 Hope this time I get a satisfying answer and service.
