Why my post was deleted about 2 hours downtime in Fyers API?

Hi Team,

I believe that I did not violate any community guidelines, just wanted to know the RCA of 2 hours downtime and what steps have been taken to avoid that in future. As a client I feel that I ought to know so that I could have trust back in fyers for trading again.
