Hello.. I have bought 500 nos in NIFTY CE.. after a reasonable profit while i placed a sell order, instead of selling the already bought item the "sell" window tries to place a new SELL order. Which means instead of squaring off my current position, it is trying to place a new order!!
Then by forcefully i have exited using market close order..
I dint find any video or tutorial about "exiting a position using limit order".
So pl guide,
1) how to place a LIMIT exit order for the ongoing position
2) whether the buy or sell button at the top left of the chart is only for creating a position not to square off? if it can be used to square off then how to use it?
if possible fyer can make a video of this tutorial and add in their youtube channel.
