I wish if virtual trading features in Fyers for options could be enabled.
We don't have any plans to launch virtual trading yet as we are working on enhancing the experience for actual trading as of now.

It is good you guys are promoting Fyers, but atleast look after the problems existing trader/ investor facing. I am struggling to close and transfer my ILFS account but no resolution so far .. only response is team is working. MY almost 2 lac investment is gone..
If being co- founder.. you are aware of such a pathetic support... Definitely FYERS IS GOING TO SHUTDOWN..IN FEW YEARS. Still good luck if you survive.. BUT I CAN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE FYERS FOR INVESTING HARD EARNED MONEY.

Hey @gopal omar, W.r.t the issues you're facing with IL&FS, you'll need to acknowledge that our team has been getting in touch with all IL&FS Demat account holders to shift to FYERS over the last few months. While most have already done it, a few ignored us and are now blaming us for something which isn't in our control. We even published a notice and sent mobile notifications regarding this.
To close your IL&FS Demat account, you'll need to clear the outstanding AMC amount without which they will not process the closure requests. Also, they're super paranoid about documentation and they're rejecting documents even at the slightest sign of a discrepancy. We're trying to help to our best ability and have dedicated personnel at FYERS to handhold you through the process.
Your investment is not gone anywhere. It's just that it will not reflect in the front-end until you shift to FYERS by completing the process. We hope you understand and stop spreading misinformation. Be rest assured that FYERS will live on and will continue to solve the issues faced by generations of investors in India.

Coming to misinformation being spread over forum... I can give all the evidences required.. My documents were received at FYERS office on 8th of January 21, for account closure cum transfer but still getting response like "BACKEND TEAM IS WORKING ON YOUR REQUEST"
Let me know if you want me to document each proof and post here or any other form like QUORA/ Facebook and so on.. TELL ME THE FORUM WHERE YOU NEED IT.

We did face a resource crunch due to Covid related issues for a month or so. I bet you think that the experience with support is much better. Regret the inconvenience caused.
Do you know your Fyers web always crash after taking position,and also you charge per excut order not per order, and more serious problem is like after I take 10 lot banknifty or nifty in bracket order after excuted in 5 part then I drag stop loss in 5 times for per excut order, need to improve your system,
Fully Agreed. Management should take kind attention regarding this type issues. Fyers should become user/TRADER friendly as earlier as always. So pls resolve such issues.

Hey we are trader friendly. In fact, the most trader friendly for that matter. User specific issues can happen for various reasons and we cannot comment on this without all the details. @Sunil Kumar rout it makes sense to raise a support ticket. We process millions of orders through our platforms every week and generally speaking the latency is below 100 milliseconds max.

sir kindly customize the drag and drop in the way of dragging all the quantities at a time irrespective of separately executed orders of different price rather than splitting the quantities ,
since it becomes lagging while trailing the stoploss and target in drag and drop, mainly while scalping....
Hey @Tejas S, To prevent your positions from being split on the chart, avoid Bracket & Cover Orders. Instead, choose intraday or margin orders. The logic used for BO orders is such that the split can't be avoided.

My client I'd is xb02317, inspite of rising tickets and speaking to your customer centre people, inspite of poor communication, cmr with correct address as per aadhar card not received from last one month they close the tickets without resolving, asking the issue again again and sending incorrect cmr, transfer of holdings is held up and trading is effected
In web some of the menus not working , from last two days dash board menus not working, inspite of rising tickets, no support is forth coming,
I have made comments in this blog, no body has replied, at least now you respond,
In this blog itself there are so many unattended grievances
You pl. Arrange 2nd and 3rd level grievance cell as existing people in the customer centre are not being monitored , they are working with their own whims and fancy testing patience of clients , closing tickets without resolving issues
Support is being revamped as we speak. The surge in incoming traffic caused a bit of an overload in terms of queries. You'll see a big change soon.

I have good number of shares in my demat account with another broker I want to know that if I got them in fyres and pladge them trade in future and option then any interest is applicable or not if I use 80% collateral margin to trade in future and option for carry forward trades
Hey @Makarand Erande, Just saw your comment. Yeah, you can transfer your shares to FYERS and pledge them for trading in F&O. We don't levy any interest charges and if any broker is levying interest on pledged securities, it is a questionable practice. For more information on how pledging works, read this post.

YOUR IVRS ALSO MAKES THE CUSTOMER GO THROUGH ALL THE MENUS AND FINALLY REJECTS THE CALL. YOU PEOPLE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF EVEN HAVING A TRADING PLATFORM LET ALONE CLAIMING TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICES. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THE APPLICATIONS HAVE CRASHED. Hey @prax sankar, We have among the least downtimes among brokerages in the country. If and when downtime does occur, it is our No. 1 priority to resolve it at the earliest. No platform in the world is immune to downtime including Facebook & Whatsapp. Oh, btw they were down for hours yesterday. We regret the inconvenience caused.
HI @Tejas Khoday, What about the client support services. When will the problem be resolved? There is a bug in Buy sell order in the chart option. I had already shared the screenshot. Because your Call and email support team are busy with only account opening. In the past, I had dropped an email to the support team but I have not received any answer from him regarding the query. When will this issue be resolved? I had already dropped a message to you today regarding BId and offer price. Pls check it and reply.
