Do Fyers One works on Non Trading days / Weekends??its not working for me

Usually it does work over the weekends.

After seeing your thread, I tested logging in now at 5 pm , cannot log in, seems like some maintenance work going on this weekend.

It is not working for me either. I does work on non-trading days. As @George Roper mentioned. Maybe some kind of maintenance going on.

Hey @Velan,

We faced an intermittent issue this Saturday due to which you were unable to log in. It is working fine now. Kindly check once. If the issue still persists, kindly let us know. We'll look into it. 

It does work on weekends though.

Unable to login to Fyers One. It throws out the error message " we cannot authenticate your credentials please check your internet connection".

Fyers support unable to resolve the issue. Every time they connect to the system, reinstall Fyers one, as it throws the same error, they they will say as getting back but never get back.

Please tell If any one resolved the issue and how?

Kindly try changing the settings of the authentication server to tradeonline-pub.fyers.in. 

It shall work fine. If the issue still persists, you can contact us at support@fyers.in and our team will help you out.

Hi Vanshika,

Already this setting is there (tradeonline-pub.fyers.in).

Your fyers support team is unable to resolve. As i mentioned they just reinstall and after they say will get back.

That's surprising! Have you raised a ticket at support@fyers.in? Kindly share the ticket ID here. Will look into it and get it checked.

Hi Vanshika,

My account was created 15 days back and from that day on I am trying but fyers one never worked.

Support team is helpless, they are unable to resolve.

I asked them to escalate but no use, they just don't do.

Ticket was raised 10 days back (ID 543315).
