@Sounder Rajan G S Any update on this? These type of issues are not acceptable for trading. I saw many similar issues with Fyers charts. We can't cross-check everything with other charts. Will stay away for some time from Fyers.
The issue is due to the charting error of trading view. We've escalated it to them and awaiting their response. We request you patience in this regard.
There're many issues when drawing trend lines and channels on Fyers Charts.
When we draw trend lines on the higher time frame and switching to lower TF the trend lines/parallel channel shows wrong and same with MA's. And still, the issue didn't resolve. The whole Fyers web platform built to trade directly from the charting platform but there's no use even it's direct trade in chart platform.
Is your team planning for any Fyers Web UI update? It looks like it was an old UI of tradingview And I noticed that many of the tools are missing in Fyers charts like the path tool and many...
@Sounder Rajan G S Any update? NIFTY is at 16500 above on Fyers. Reported this issue 1 month ago but still there''s no resolution. @Tejas Khoday
There was a mock (Dummy) trading session on 6th February conducted by the exchange. Hence, Nifty was trading at 16500. With Regards to the drawing lines, it'll be updated in the upcoming chart library upgradation.

@Sounder Rajan G S It was a follow up regarding trend lines. Is there any update? I still see there's no rectification in charts there're many issues in the charts on trendlines, parallel channels.
It would be great if you resolve the issues asap.

Is this issue resolved? I still see the trend lines disappearing from higher to lower timeframe and also the markings are getting chnged when you move from one timeframe to another. If some one has the fix for this then plese let me know. Thanks.
No, It isn't Fixed.& No One Knowns Why Is It Taking To Long. They Said It Will Be Fixed ''Soon'' To People, Who Reported 1-6 Month Before.& Yesterday Their Support Team Forcefully Tried To Close All My Tickets & They Said There is nothing wrong. Even Tickets Those Who Are Not Related To Trendlines.& Guess What I Received Image From Support Team Of Correctly Drown Trendline Mentioning Below 😂🤣 Let Me Tell You The Trendline Connected To candle low in15min. Timeframe BY = Bikash Swain(Support Team)
- When I Draw TL. On any Timeframe & Switch To 1Min. I Don't See Any TL. (I Don''t Know How He Did That)He Sanded Me Horozontical line, Vertical line, Trend Angle Instead Of Simple Trendline (Trying To Make Me Fool).& He Also Said Me No One In Fyers Facing The Same Problem. It's Only Happening From My End. I Even Sanded Him Photos & Then Videos Of Problems. But He Is Trying To Neglect Them.

I Just Wanted From The Team To Accept The Problem. & ''Count Every Single Day'' To Provide The Fixes (Not Only Of TL. But Various Bugs & Problems).
Because I Don't Know How Long We Have To Wait For Your "Soon".
The Mail I Received From = Bikash Swain -Support Team (Almost 15-20 Times) Trying To Hide Problems. & Closing All My Tickets, Without Solutions.

Hmm this is disappointing , i have recently shifted to fyers, i liked their drag drop feature lets see this issue gets fixed else need to think to use alternate platform.
Yes, I Too Shifted Recently, I Also Have Account With Other Top Brokers.
Reason I Opened Account With Fyers is Because of Tradingview Like Tradable Platform.
& I Still Believe Fyers Can Be The Best Platform - But Only Without Bugs & Problems.
& With Fast & Stable New Feature Integrations.
I Can Surely Tell That Fyers Without Bugs & Problems. Will Become My Primary Broker. If That Happens Soon(in A Month) Because People Are Waiting For Many Months. & They Haven't Seen Any Updates On Bugs That I Have Problem With, Or From TV. Library Side On Fyers.
