Dematerialization Request Procedure is as below:
1. Signature as per DP
2. Signature as per RTA
The client /Broker has to fill in the details i.e., Name of the holder, Quantity, Script name, Folio number, Certificate number, Distinctive number, etc.

I have two questions on your above reply..
1. Where can I find the DRN & DRF numbers? I thought it is the broker/fyers who generates this numbers. Please correct me if I am wrong
2. Can I also convert ELSS schemes to demat and pledge them for derivatives trading?
I have 6 mutual fund SIP's going on for the past 5-6 years with different AMC's and mutual fund houses. Some are Regular plans and some Direct plans(None are ELSS). I want to transfer all units to demat account. A few queries regarding mutual fund transfer to demat account:
