My experience with Fyers Service and Support

When things go wrong as sometimes they will .... we vent out our anger at the stockbrokers and some of us even call them frauds. We tend to be rude to the support team.

A few days back my holdings were not reflecting on my demat account. I got panicked especially after reading some of the negative comments.

I called their support team. Sensing my anxiety, they said nothing to worry sir. Your holdings are safe. Your demat account is with IL&FS, we need to close the account and open a demat with us so that we can transfer your shares.

Relevant documents were sent and their response was prompt. Today my holdings are reflected.

I wish to thank Team Fyers from the bottom of my heart for their prompt service and reassurance.

I would like to appreciate Mr.Ashok and Mr.Manjunath for the prompt replies.

My trust in Fyers has gone up to the next level.

If our problem gets resolved, it is our small gesture to thank them also.
