Hey, Posts will pass the moderation filter based on some criteria. We're trying to avoid support queries here. Otherwise, it'll end up becoming a support platform instead of a community forum :)
I understand that but that was not a support regarding post. That was regarding a better back office experience.
Support team must be here too. At least few dedicated team to solve various issues about markets or platform or other issues.
Well, we don't want this forum to become a support desk. But if there is something that can help improve our platforms/services, it can certainly be discussed here.
