Why is no call center represenrative receiving call? Tried 10 times. All lines busy. What is this service? Whenever there is issue line are always closed.
What is issue with upi fund transfer? I added at 11am today but not reflecting in fyets account. I am going in heavy losses. Cant take positions. No one to help.

This is certainly not what we wanted our customers to experience. Our lines might be busy due to heavy call flow. We request you to share your Client ID in the DM. We will get it checked ASAP!
This is not new @Tejas Khoday . Lines are kept deliberarely busy whenever there is issue. What is use of UPI transfer if it gets 2 hours to transfer? All are facing issue. Why you need client id. Its a common issue

As we mentioned in the above thread, Our lines might be busy due to heavy call flow. Please note that this delay is due to payment gateway settlements. The same has been intimated on Saturday well in advance through all the communication channels. For more details, we request you to go through this notice that was posted on 8th October. This delay is applicable only for today.
Client IDs are required to verify the payment and check the status so that we can update you accordingly.

How come UPI delay is only for fyers? Why not other brokers? What abt funds added at 11am today?
