I am very much sure fyers is only for so off only they just put schem front of client for attration but they dont check whether our system is catch. Before putting your any schem kindly check first your system so client can not suffer and disappoint

Hey, I totally get it. We're working on a solution to make the 25% benefit available on TradeTron itself. They're figuring out how to make it happen. @Vinaykumar V kindly look into this.

Fyers are putting any scheme or reffreal in front of client first check your infrastructure and strength of system for cross checks and then put in to your blog or websites.
Its not about 25% benefit but its all abot After many followed up by mail and call to customers support and not receiving satisfactory answer and client can frustrated .
Second point please improve query or ticket timing should be reply within every 48hrs till ticket is open and client can get confidence that my ticket is underprogess. customers satisfaction of any industry is first priority.
This are improvement point hope u can implement this. And Hope my tickit will be closing soon in positive manners.
No doubt you people are doing great things for revolutionary in trading. I have been using your API to TRDTRONE last four month not received any errors in order execution till date.
@Tejas Khoday @Umesh Ranglani ...It is very good Idea. Because this follow up and sorting things to get refund is unnecessary wasting time of all people involved. You can tie a coupon code to the referral users tradetron ID and they can use it every month to get 25 % off at the time of subscription itself. This would be quite helpful

That's strange.. our team generally replies within minutes. But hey, using terms like fraud is out of context.
@CHOKSTOCK It will be painful to hear "Fraude" from the client even after being transparent in the industry.
We have launched the Tradetron to our API client on 5th June 2020 with an attractive offer of a 25% discount on subscription amount to those clients who have subscribed with our referral link. The client needs to follow the subscription process as mention in your article https://fyers.in/fyers-ties-up-with-tradetron/.
We agree that your request is pending for long period. Because of miscommunication from your end by saying that you had subscribed to tradetron from our link. This is wrong until we update your ID to our referral on 19 Nov 2020 your account is not mapped under us to get the discount on your Tradetron subscription.
Whenever we are passing any communication to our client we need to be clear about the issue.
Thus the reason your ticket is still opened.
Is the cashback or coupon being received on time nowadays? When can the user expect the coupon code after sign up? and how does it work if user opts to upgrade to higher plan or subscription to longer period
Everyone is struggling with the 2 things :
I'm really not able to understand why this much disconnect between both. Moreover the issues with connection is much more sensitive since people should not play with real money.
Hope this will reach to CEO of Fyers and hopefully he'll manage to fix it.
