As regarding subject matter,

on 29th jul 2022,

i'd created a position of natural gas,

which i want to exit as expected stop-loss get triggered,

but was unsuccessful to exit position, with both the platforms web as well as mobile platform,

then i immediately raised the ticket [##693200##] and called to given fayers's customer care number, the customer care person tried to exit the position as well, but unsuccessful, and also I deed all the things that i can do... but of no use...

Unfortunately with this Fyers Platform failure, I had faced huge losses..

I raised the issue to Fyers for compensating these looses..

they refused it to do so..
