After using your service I can tell you your service is good enough. One of the best trading platform Fyers Web, There is some problems I noticed with Fyers One but overally your platform is good from other brokers.
I was your customer since long time and I seen your previous back office also. Old back office was good but was very slow. Then we got the new back office. Back office is good but the problem is it does not give us detailed report like other professional brokers (I will not take name). Detailed report means Tax P&L, Holdings with visual charts and weightage etc.
I can tell you Tax P&L is what a trader want from Broker.
Sorry to say but I stopped trading on your Platform just for this reason. As a trader we build many trade orders and It is very dificult for us to calculate turnover, pl, expenses, tax etc. I know many traders like me have same problem with you. I request you if you start providing this many traders like us will start trading on your platform again.
