Challenge was completed on 9th Nov and I still do not have received brokerage refund and nor the certificate. Anyone from support can help here ?

Hi Vaibhav, 

You will receive your certificate and the refund on or before 10th of the next month i.e., on or before 10th of December. However, the due dates for the certificates have now been extended to on or before 20th of the month due to a shortage of manpower. 

Hope this clarifies. 

If your day of completion of challenge is in November, you're going to get refund only before December 10th . And certificate within December 20th.

Brokerage will get reflected around November 20 and certificate will get issued around December 20. That's what happened with me.
