Dear Fyers Help, I have paid for MF units on 14th Nov 2022 and have not received the MF units credited in my account. I had raised a ticket and the number is 761367, but I have received no reply other "Extended Response Time". On top of it, today I received an email saying the ticket is closed and issue is resolved. But I have neither received the MF units in my account nor the money back. Can you please let me know why you closed the ticket. Sorry to say that your customer Service is becoming a big disaster
