Fyers one application is not opening can anyone tell is this issue for all users?

For login to Fyers One 
Please first Enter username as your client id,

then your password
then your PAN(Capital Words) or DOB(DD-MM-YYYY) here don't forgot to enter - 

you will get successfully Logged in.
