You've placed the limit above the market. It should be placed below the market price.

F&O I had put a stop limit buy order in BankNifty 21 Sep 36400 CE with Stop price of 377 and limit price of 378, but the order got executed at 356.85. The price had never reached 377 either. Anyone else faced such issue
