Iam not getting the order level hedge margin benefit in Nifty Option. So for that i have raised a ticket 568657 today morning at 9:58am, but it seems no body cares to reply the same atleast. I am sorry to say, because of this bad customer service (and its happened twice with me), I decided, I will close the demat account in next coming week.
