Invalid Input when creating webhook. IS there any checks that is causing invalid input? What needs to go in webhook secret key? Can I put in anything?

Hello - I have an outstanding issue "705718" whereby I am not getting post updates on my webhook url for my user app. Can someone from support team please help with this.
