Is there any RSI indicator with middle, upper and lower band? also how can I plot WMA on RSI?

The standard RSI indicator is supposed to plot only one line that positions between  0 -100. 

Try using the bollinger band or adx indicator, these indicators have 3 bands.

also how can I plot WMA on RSI?
