Not able to place order on fyers direct. When I try to allocate funds it says "Not allowed to trade in BSE Mutual Funds". Also when I tryied to create bank mandate it says "Client bank details not found". I have created 2 tickets 514083, 515233 and its been more than 3 weeks, till now no one resolved my issue. I am calling customer care every alternative days and they say issue is reported to concerned team and will be fixed by end of the day. And that end of the day is not coming even after more than 3 weeks. You also faced same issye?
