Should I start trading with market opening at 9:15 or should start after 10:30 am?

I Would Suggest - Avoid First 15-30Min.

Taking intraday positions after 10:15 looks more ideal for directional trades, giving 1 hour for the intraday markets to find its balance.

For Non-Directional intraday option selling, it is after 12:30.

Easier said than done, if you are planning to watch charts from 9am to 3:30pm and do nothing else. Boredom kicks in and you force yourself to enter trades outside your trading schedule.

Start by 9.30 AM following 15M chart

Leave the first 30 mins so that you don't get caught up in the initial gap, high volatility and spike outs. Generally you would be able to see the market structure lot better after that and take your call then.

it is completely depends on which method you are using for taking trading decisions..

if u are using indicators..(ma/rsi/macd..ect) better to wait starting 15 to 30mins..as these are lagging and uses past data.. these indicators need some time to figure it out what is happening in the market..

if u are using Price Action and u have good setups for trending and ranging markets.. u dont need to wait.. even if u find ur setup right after market open u can take that trade by placing Stoploss order as per ur setup..
