Cash equivalent are the securities which are treated equivalent to cash component when pledged (for example liquidbees) these are safe investments and when pledged, you dont need to maintain a cash balance of 50% along with them. (But this is for brokers like Zerodha) here in FYERS we dont have a 50% cash component requirement so no need to worry about this, One of the reasons why I shifted to FYERS from Zerodha!

Can I use 100% of pledged mutual funds amount (after haircut) for intraday options selling after September? Or do I need to use 50% pledged amount and 50% cash?
I want to pledge liquid fund as collateral as margin my questions are:1) Do i will still get brokerage refund in 30 days challenge?2)Is liquid fund here is 100% cash component?
