You can do Arbitrage trading post the Settlement Cycle, i.e., after T+2 days.
Could you share what is the error you're getting? Will look into it.

Why can't I buy and sell across two exchanges in CNC/delivery? I know this is not possible for Intraday but for CNC, we can buy from one exchange (say, NSE) and sell it on the other exchange (say, BSE). Every time I try to sell a stock in my holdings, only the exchange from where I bought is displayed, and I can't change it to the other exchange. Any leads would certainly be helpful.
