I had started a 30-day challenge for the period - 05 October 2021 to 18 November 2021. It's showing loss when I am clearly in profit. Also, the Global PL Statement is showing a profit after expenses.

I have raised a ticket attaching my 30-day Challenge Report and Global PL report for your reference.

Please refund my brokerage at the earliest, as I have clearly won. Support won't pick up my calls/ answer my emails, hence I am raising this query on a public forum.

Hi Fyers Team,

Back-office of Fyers is really giving me hard time comprehending what my profit was for FY 20-21, what is it in FY 21-22 till date.

It doesn’t even show a combined profit for 2 years to date.

How do I know what my realized profit was for FY 20-21, I have selected OP rate, Cl rate, and opening as NO and expenses as YES, still, I get different figures every time I load the Global PL report with the same parameters, this SCARES ME!

Why can’t a reputable brokerage having high-quality support like you, give me a PL report. Back-office is so confusing I can’t describe. Now how do I find out my profit for filing Tax return??

Request you to please overhaul the back office of Fyers very very quickly ( only claims made since last year), that’s the only grievance I have, otherwise, yours is star brokerage in every sense of the term.
