Try checking the status of the alert in the 'Alerts' section of mobile app. It's available under apps.

@SANDESH TOLAR Yes. You have to login once. It gives notification even when the app is not open. Try it by setting a demo alert. (More)

@SANDESH TOLAR I don't think that's possible yet. But you can get a mobile notification when alert gets triggered. Download and login into the Fyers mobile app. (More)
