Below is the Option chain for NIFTY from Fyers Web and NSE INDIA website

Below are my Questions

Open Interest 

OI stands for Open contract for the specific strike price.  

      For 16500 CE, As per NSEINDIA there are 75,185 contracts open. But what does 37.48L OI means as shown in FYERS web ?. 

Color coding

What does the Red background color for OI and Volume columns on the CALL option for 16500  strike price. 

Similarly for the PUT side.  How to interpret the RED and GREEN background colors
