Fyers stock alerts are not working. Alarms are not triggered

Why is no call center represenrative receiving call? Tried 10 times. All lines busy. What is this service? Whenever there is issue line are always closed. 

 What is issue with upi fund transfer? I added at 11am today but not reflecting in fyets account. I am going in heavy losses. Cant take positions. No one to help.

@Tejas Khoday please give strikes above and below ATM as 40 for Nifty , if you cant give full option chain. Its a long pending request. Why are you putting traders at inconvenience. There is no implementation of suggestions given

@Tejas Khoday please improve the UI interface. it is not possible to understand the expiry date. also the strike price is very confusing, atleast keep some gap or color coding for strike price. i will have to stop trading if this is not improved. also repeated request were given for full option chain like upstoks. wee need to buy deep otm for hedging and margins. still not implemented.

@Tejas Khoday Please give full option chain on mobile and web like upstox, deep OTM options have to be bought for margin and hedge. it is tedious to search and add in watchlist everytime. it was requested several tumes. there are cliched replies that suggestion is noted and work is on. when will you implement it?

1. Please give full option chain, Need to buy deep OTMs for hedging and margin management. It is tedious and time consuming to add it in watchlist and execute. Upstox give full option chain and easy to place orders
2. Please Tieup with sensibull. Go charting is complicated. Introduce payoff charts in fyers
3. You have tie up with Quantsapp but its a paid version. what is use of Tie up?
4. Show PnL for basket orders
5. Your technical team is not competent. They give wrong info.I had 3 bad experiences.
