Leverage is applied by the exchange, not by the brokers anymore. The margin requirements both show 24k+. FYI, margin requirements are updated 5 times during the day using NSE Span files. There is no change as such.

Premiums received from options selling shouldn't be used until the position is closed and you have booked profits. If it is allowed, it gives traders access to money that doesn't yet belong to them. Brokerages aren't supposed to allow it.... (More)
