I had raised a ticket "780237 Late payment charge deducted from ledger" on 3rd December. It is quite unfortunate to tell that a reply is not yet received properly on this concern. It has been more than 3 weeks now. I had tried calling fyers support, but they are not able to explain properly about this Late payment charge deducted from my ledger. Support team told that expert will callback , but didn't get any response till now on this regard. I am an active trader in fyers, and it is quite unfortunate to have such experience when an issue/concern being raised as a ticket is pending for such long time
