How much percentage of profit is sufficient in intraday trading?

It depends on a lot of things. On a very good day, it can be as high as 5-10% if your risk sizing is appropriate. Anything above 2% is considered decent. Considering that trading is a volatile activity to be involved with, it makes sense to net 1-2% on an average day and try to be consistent with few and small drawdowns in between. That's the real way to be successful with intraday trading.

You can expect 3-5 % of profit in a intraday with a risk of 1% from your total capital. I too use this in my intraday trades.

I usually don't calculate the percentage. I keep the stop loss limited and profits trail!

Don't be greedy in intraday. Just 1-3% will be good enough for a trader to manage his risk and also grow his capital.

1-2% is very good for an intraday trader.

I usually keep my take risk of 1% and keep my targets at 2.5% if anything above it I will trail and i will exit the trade for the day 😁
