I’m delighted to inform you that FYERS has surpassed 100,000 happy customers today! The last few years have been an incredible journey for our entire team. It’s been a very enriching experience as we’ve learned how to start-up, scale-up, and most importantly, how not to blow-up! In the era of funded startups and VC-dependent entrepreneurs, our journey so far has been a stark contrast to the prevailing trend since we chose to grow in an organic & sustainable way.
While I was employed at different companies before FYERS, I used to regularly daydream about enabling retail investors with modern-day platforms and imagined that it would have a positive impact on their approach to trading/investing. After quitting our jobs, my team and I decided to plunge into it headfirst. To most people, it came as a surprise when NSE & SEBI approved our application despite us being the youngest and perhaps the unlikeliest of candidates to acquire a broking license. Back then, we were a bunch of young dudes in our 20s working from a tiny 200 sq. ft room with barely any working capital. Since we are bootstrapped, burning money was out of the question. Ultimately, we had to pay the bills & finance our own growth. In hindsight, the risk of failure helped us learn the tricks of the trade better, manage risk more prudently and focus on what we do best.

Our vision was to help retail investors by giving them access to better products & services rather than dishing out trading tips or unsolicited advice; something that most brokers are known for. We deliberately avoided this path and other activities which give rise to a conflict of interest with clients and chose to focus on the low-yielding transactions business instead. Our personal touch with the trading community & the persistent feedback of our early customers has helped us understand the requirements well, build a solid team to launch products, and eventually surpass this milestone.

On behalf of our 250 member team at FYERS, I take this opportunity to thank all our customers for putting their faith in us. Also, How did the idea of the name FYERS come up. Initially when I opened an account with you, I thought it was some kind of abbreviation, but later I found out it was actually a word from the dictionary. Something to share with us on choosing this name or an ideology behind this. Thanks
It's an acronym that stands for Focus Your Energy to Reform your Self. Our ideology is to go an inch wide, and a mile deep rather than a mile wide and an inch deep.

I am happy that fyers is growing, but I feel it was better when fyers was small because at least we dint had to wait for ages to get replies to our queries.

@Tejas Khoday good to be part of the plateform. But really your CTO need to focus on removing bugs on the plateform. a lott need to be done here. and i am not talking about big but small small bug fixes.
e.g. Yesterday on my mobile app nifty was showing more than 16000. post trading hour your web and app data seems to be off the database and it just created lots of confusion and brings lack of trust. please look into it. i have raised complain regarding same in the past as well.

@Tejas Khoday @Anwarul Alvi I agreed with Anwarul Alvi. Even in mobile app we can't use/write/edit the price when need to Buy or Sell. The decimal (.) does not work, suppose market price is 100.10, but i wanted to edit it to a price 100.20, but we can't edit it to desired price. Does not respind. It will can edit to desired price when deleted to whole number and once again rewrite the number then it will take. This way time also passed and price moves up or down then ur desired price.
Pls fix the issue.

Yesterday when i tried to analysis the market Reliance was showing closeing price for Friday is 2423/-. I got shock and recheck in tradingview and Zerodha chart for actual. Hey, this is mock data (Exchanges conduct mock sessions every month on a Saturday so that brokers & platforms can test their systems). Mock data is erased before the next trading session.
@Tejas Khoday Pls provide/include previous day OHLC ( OPEN, HIGH, LOW, CLOSE) indicator in Fyers platform.

1.Need BRACKET ORDER in stock options
2.GTT ORDER like ZERODHA here also
3.BASKET ORDER like ZERODHA here too
4.In charts, can't apply one indicator in another indicators in LOWER PANE. And more features of chart is also missing in mob app
5.PRICE REFRESHING is quite slow in mob app FYERS
6.MOB APP UI refinement needed
7.There must be also MONTHLY UNLIMITED PLAN OF BROKERAGE like SAS ONLINE
MORE POINTS WILL BE TAGGED further.

I am not happy with your support and services , especially when I have a ticket opened and unresolved for 3 months and no solution given so far from April'21.(latest ticket #503705).(Iifl account closure and new fyers demat account opening)
Are you really looking at the tickets ageing reports or Just ignoring it. How can you have something unaddressed for 3 months.. clearly neglecting a customer.
I had lost trading and investment opertunities because of this.

I've applied for the new account opening on 26th of June 2021, it has been almost a month, there is no update on it. I called 5 times, false assurances and delays. Support team keeps closing the ticket I raise on the website without resolving.
Would appreciate if it is expedited.

Main Documents bheja after conversation with them for opening Demat account with them. 2 months ho gaya lekin abhi bi no response and nehi hua. Main jab account khola tha ush bakt Fyers ko Demat account ka licensce nehi milatha.
Baar baar call karne se bolte hain June end main hoga, July end pe hoga, phir abhi August end pe hoga.
Finally today I shifted to UPSTOX. Atleast Upstox has better mobile app than Fyers and Trading view chart. So now i m happy @Tejas Khoday @TH3 PIRAT3

I am trying to pledge my holdings to get margin for trading FNO. I am not able to it.
Issues:
As advertised by Fyers team their terminal can be integrated by 3rd party terminals like Amibroker and Trading View. That was the interest with Fyers.
Whether anybody has pledged his holdings and taken collateral??

there is no provision for direct line for call& trade, call and trade also they are not accessible
even after 10 days of account opening, i could not get correct cmr
we cannot access any body in customers service cell over phone for hours together
the tickets rised are given auto reply, no body bothered to resolve issues
they will close tickets on their own without resolving the issues giving impractical solutions
fyers one is not fully operational as web donot have features of fyers one, it is being felt bad
I do not understand how insensitive the Fyers team for the feedback of the customers??
Only claiming by Happy Customers is not enough. You have to deliver the result The customer Service is the worst ever I have seen.
